Introspect Capital is a majority employee-owned investment management firm based in Dubai.
Our firm’s founding partners have diverse cultural and educational backgrounds and began their investment careers in different Middle Eastern countries. The Introspect founders started working together in 2011 and launched Introspect Capital in 2017 after a successful track record generating market-leading returns for international and regional clients.
Since inception, we have understood that the key to building a best-practice investment firm is finding the right people: individuals who share the firm’s key, non-negotiable principles – humility, alignment, and integrity – while bringing novel experiences, insights, and perspectives to the firm.
Today, the Introspect team consists of a diverse group of people, whose wide-ranging experiences and beliefs shape our company.

Our core products are concentrated, MENA-focused investment strategies that we manage on behalf of our clients and partners, which include family offices, high net-worth individuals, and globally recognized institutions.
